This website describes the services of Toolbridge ("we"). It is provided for information only. Prices and scope shown here are current list prices and may change. Nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini and other product names belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

You may read, link to and share this site. Don't copy it wholesale or misrepresent it. The site is provided as is, without warranties.

Engagements

Each engagement is governed by a signed statement of work (SOW). If anything here conflicts with a SOW, the SOW wins. The points below summarize our standard terms.

  • Fixed fee. Each SOW sets a fixed fee and a written list of what is in and out of scope. Extra work is quoted separately.
  • Payment. 50% at kickoff and 50% on acceptance, by card, ACH or bank transfer. Invoices are due within 7 days. Work pauses if a payment is late.
  • Prerequisites. Work starts when the first payment clears and your prerequisites are in. If prerequisites are late, the timeline moves day for day.
  • Acceptance. Delivery is accepted when all tools pass MCP Inspector and the eval suite, OAuth works end to end, and any directory submissions in scope are filed and passing the platforms' automated checks. If we hear nothing within 5 business days of delivery, the work is accepted.
  • No listing guarantee. Directory and catalog approval is at each platform's discretion and is not part of acceptance. We include one round of reviewer-feedback fixes per directory.
  • Your accounts. Code, hosting and secrets live in your accounts. You publish under your own verified accounts. Our access is removed at handoff.
  • Intellectual property. On final payment, IP in the deliverables is assigned to you. Pre-existing tooling we reuse across projects, such as our auth shim and eval harness, is licensed to you perpetually.
  • Warranty. We fix defects in the deliverables for 14 days after handoff.
  • Confidentiality. We keep your non-public information confidential.
  • Liability. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid under the SOW. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Care plans. Billed monthly. Cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
  • Governing law. Texas, United States.
